“Regaining one’s balance is one of the best feelings to experience because it not only allows you to remember the person you once were when you were happy, it gives way to allowing you to be that person again.”
I spent the day attending a hot yoga class, which I was pretty skeptical about at first. Though, it proved to be a very exhilarating experience. Above, I’ve shared with you the poem I’ve written about five minutes ago, because I needed to share how good my life is at the moment. That just goes to show how quickly things can change. It all depends on the way you think about things.
Understanding a concept like anxiety can be difficult for some, especially those who have not experienced it themselves, but I find that when I am busy and wrapped up in things, I am at my happiest. Now, I do not mean throw yourself into something and not deal with the things that are making you anxious. I merely mean surround yourself with things that make you happy, believe that you can overcome your struggles and be the kind of person you want to be. I honestly feel as though I grow stronger with every hardship, and I truly believe that I am slowly growing into the woman I had once dreamed of becoming. The feeling of unconditional happiness is one that was spoken about at yoga today. You know what? I’m almost there myself.
